We are committed to maintaining the privacy of your information when you visit our website www.appzone.fun (our "Website"), and when you use the App, therefore we would like to provide you with the following information about what personal data we collect and how we deal with this data. You can view this privacy statement at any time under the "Privacy" section of the app.
We use your data with your separate consent to the fulfillment and execution of the agreement on the use of the App. In this context, we will use your data primarily to calculate and to transfer the bonuses you earn in the form of the in-game currency during your use of the App and to inform you about the participating apps. Any further use will only be carried out on the basis of other statutory obligations or permissions or if you have given us the consent.
Login and use of the App / Facebook or Google+ Login
To use the App, you must register and then log in. In order to register in the App and to benefit from all the features of the App, you must register for the use of the App by setting up a user account and entering the following data:
Full name (First and Last name);
Date of birth (Age verification);
The registration therefore serves both the provision of the services of the App as well as the billing of the bonuses (in the form of the in-game currency) which you have earned. As part of the registration process, we collect and store certain personal data from you. This is done by creating a customer account.
Your data will be SSL encrypted and thus securely transmitted. If you choose to log in automatically, the password is stored with the SHA encryption to protect your data.
Alternatively, you can log in with your Facebook or Google+ login. Additional registration is not required. To register, you will be redirected to the Facebook or Google page, where you can log in with your usage data. We automatically receive the following information from Facebook or Google:

You must also note the following - our App has an age verification during the registration process, however, we do not check your age stated on your Facebook or Google+ profile. For avoidance of doubt we rely only on that information which you manually submit to us while completing the registration process in our App and if this information differs from the information which you’ve stated in any other place (including, but not limited to Facebook and Google+ profile) you are then solely liable for providing us with an incorrect information and you, therefore, relieve us from any and all claims which you or any third party may have in this regard.
Calculation of bonus payments / suggestion of new apps
In order to calculate the bonuses you have earned, as well as to propose other apps which are part of our App, we automatically collect and process certain data. This includes information on the apps installed on your device. When you install the App, a list of currently installed apps is sent to us; If you install additional apps on your device after installing our App, our App then recognizes them and sends the name of the newly installed app to us.
On the other hand, we collect data about the use of the apps running on your mobile device in the foreground. This includes information on the duration of the use as well as (to prevent abuses) about the display and movement activity during use. We also collect information about your purchases of services and virtual items within the apps you use (in-app purchases), as well as on in-app events relevant to the calculation of bonuses, such as level increases.

“In addition, I agree that AppZone will provide me with apps, gaming, and apps, through e-mail, instant message, and, if activated, system notification based on my usage behavior and other actions in the App."
In such a case, we use the data specified in the consent in accordance with your consent.

Authorizations to access functions and data on the device
To use all features of the App, you must grant our App the permissions to access functions and data on your device. In particular, the following accesses are required for the purposes mentioned:
Access to the Internet status;
Access to the Device ID;
Access to the Network status;
Access to the Wi-Fi status;
Access to the Background App launch;
Access to the information about your current general GEO positioning;
Access to the vibration function of the device (Used to allow the mobile phone to vibrate with an incoming App notification);
Access to the events about the device downloads;
Access to the internal device drive;
Access to the list of the applications which are active on your device;
Access to the statistics regarding the usage of the third party applications.
Application Marketing Service
In the App we provide mobile advertising space on behalf of our Clients which are generally mobile application providers and companies looking to advertise via mobile applications. When you click on a Client ad or application link delivered by the App, our servers receive and store a mobile identifier ("Mobile ID") which is a pseudonymous number that is associated with your mobile device. We cannot use the Mobile ID to identify you personally, but it does enable us to deliver relevant advertising to each mobile device. In addition to the Mobile ID, we collect information about the kind of mobile device you use (e.g., iPhone, Samsung), the operating system for your mobile device (e.g., Android, Apple O/S), IP address, the applications you download from our Clients, when, how, and how often you use those applications.
We use your device's Mobile ID and other information about Client applications you download to help our Clients understand which ads are most effective at generating downloads of our Client's applications. We also use your Mobile ID and the information associated with your device Mobile ID over time (e.g., the applications you download, when and how you use those applications, and any publisher-provided demographic data) to enhance our services and to select our Client ads that are most likely to be of interest to you.
Information Sharing, Onward Transfer
We disclose the information in our systems, including your Mobile ID and/or the information associated with your Mobile ID over time for the following purposes:
To our Clients when you click on their ad and/or download their application;
In response to legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena);
When we, in our sole discretion, believe it is necessary or appropriate, in connection with a sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, or when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires us to do so.
In other circumstances when necessary either to protect our rights or property, our Clients, and third parties.
We may transfer information to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.
